Experience yoga practice immersed in nature during a day of disconnection and pleasure, where we explore mindfulness or Mindful Sailing, mindful breathing, qi gong, stress release exercises (TRE) and even creative expression. The activity begins with a warm welcome on board, followed by a brief explanation of the navigation route. We headed for the Ensenada de San Simón, where we let ourselves be carried away by the wind, turning off the engine and diving into the proximity of the sea and the breeze in the face.

On deck, throughout the journey, taking advantage of the benefits of the marine environment, we spend a few minutes in mindful breathing or pranayama, followed by a mindfulness meditation (approximately 25 minutes). Then, once ashore, on a quiet pier away from the hustle and bustle of the city, we undertook a 75-minute flow yoga practice, with enough space to enjoy our asanas.

Afterward, you'll have time to stroll along the beach, swim, sunbathe, or relax on deck. In addition, the experience includes tea or infusion on board and time to enjoy sailing until return to port.
