4.- Caducidad de 6 meses desde la fecha de emisión. Necesario presentar el voucher físico o digital.
5.- Voucher sujeto a disponibilidad.
6.- Se podrá solicitar acreditación de parentesco a la llegada. Imprescindible DNI.
7.- Imprescindible reserva previa en el número de teléfono que figura en el voucher, indicando número del voucher. Una vez realizada la reserva del voucher, la no presentación sin previo aviso o anulación con menos de 24 horas antelación, conllevará la anulación del voucher, constando como disfrutado.
8.- Los bonos gift no se pueden canjear por dinero y modificar su contenido.
9.- Horario SPA: Lunes y martes: 16:00-21:00. Sábados: 10:00-22:00. Resto de los días: 10:00-21:00. Los horarios pueden sufrir alguna variación sin previo aviso, por parte del establecimiento según sus necesidades.
10.- Horario infantil: Lunes y martes de 16 a 17:30. Domingos de 11:30 a 17:30. Resto de días de 13 a 17:30 (los horarios pueden sufrir modificaciones)11.- Los menores de 16 años no podrán acceder a la zona de saunas ni contrastes. Los menores de 18 años acompañados de su padre, madre o tutor legal.
