* Our private Spa circuit is reserved on an hourly basis and its opening hours, (every day of the week from Monday to Sunday) are: 09.30h-11.00h-12.30h-14.00h-16.30h-18.00h-19.30h-21.00h-22.30h.The duration of service for the client is 60 minutes, spending 30 minutes between sessions (customer and client) for cleaning and disinfection in accordance with the measures and recommendations issued by the Institute of Tourism Quality in relation to private Spa spaces and supervised by the official bodies of the Ministry of Health and Junta de Castilla la Mancha, through an innovative technique of environmental hygiene and complemented by the disinfection and cleaning of each and every one of the elements that make up our Spa: loungers, hammocks, benches, dressing tables, dressing tables, heating pads and wooden floors. * Prices are for 1 person. * Includes courtesy robe, towels, slippers and mineral water, always subject to hotel availability. * Although the temperature of the equipment is programmed for its intended use, it is important to use caution with children or people who may have problems with hypotension, heart failure or asthma because of prolonged exposure to high temperatures in an enclosed space.

LOS ANADES

Rural Spa Los Anades it is located in Abánades, a small town of just 70 inhabitants in Guadalajara, where you can completely disconnect from routine and daily stress, getting in touch with nature and the rural environment, within the Rural hotel Los Anades, with traditional rural style rooms, with stone walls and wooden beams. A perfect establishment to spend a perfect holiday as a couple, with friends or family. The facilities at Spa Rural Los Anades are very complete and offer you a whole world of wellness and pleasure. Your circuit Thermal there's a bath, hot tubs and a turkish bath. They suggest a guided tour of its facilities: 1.- We start the tour with a shower, located next to the Jacuzzi. 2.- We take a steam bath (hammam) of about 25’, which can be in 2 periods interspersed with a shower of warm water (stone box with glass door). 3.- We continue with the Hydromassage or Jacuzzi, about 20‘. We shower with warm water. 5.- We dry well and enter the infrared sauna for about 20’ (wooden box with glass door). 6.- We take a shower, dry off and go to the Thermal Tombs where we will spend the rest of the time, approximately 10’ to recover and relax.
